All our orders are sent via DHL Express Service. You can track your order through DHL with the tracking number and link provided on your shipping confirmation email.
We do try to process all our orders as soon as possible after they have been placed so that you receive them quickly. Please allow 24 hours for order processing. During that time if you wish to modify (e.g. change shipping address or increase your order) or cancel your order, please contact us direct via our contact page . However, if your order has already been dispatched or delivered, we would not be able to make any changes.

Should you wish to return a garment please do so within 14 days from receipt of your goods.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please see Returns and Refunds Policy

If you receive damaged or defective products please email email@example.com and submit photo images of the damaged or defective products. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. For the fastest service, please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
If you’re returning the product because we made an error, please email us and we’ll promptly send you a prepaid shipping label to return the product to us.
Shipping and Delivery
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemised on the Order Summary page. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.
You will be solely responsible for any import requirements and payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict any occurred fees or amounts. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
We use DHL Express and Express Worldwide for local and international shipments.
UK orders will take around 1-2 days once dispatched. International orders could take around 3-7 business days to arrive once dispatched. We will send you a confirmation email/tracking number in due course. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit or debit card. Payment cards accepted include Mastercard, American Express, Visa, Maestro. Apple Pay and Google Pay
All parcels are shipped directly from our store in the UK, therefore some international orders may be liable for additional duties and taxes. It is usually charged in the country in which the parcel is being delivered.
Failure to pay any additional duty or tax may result in your parcel being returned to back to us.

Non-UK customers: prices shown now include 20% UK VAT which will be deducted at checkout. Local taxes and duties applicable.

You may be required to provide additional information to DHL when your order arrives. This varies per country/region and will be updated regularly.
Greece – Your local tax ID must match the name on your passport.
Italy - Fiscal ID code is needed for orders over 150 EUR.
Germany – If your return is over 1,000 EUR, please contact us at email@example.com for assistance.
Portugal – National Tax ID and proof of purchase will be requested
Spain - Fiscal tax ID and proof of purchase for purchases over 150 EUR
Do I need to complete new paperwork if I want to return my purchase?
You now need to complete and sign three returns proforma invoices and hand these to the driver to attach to the outside of the box or take three copies to your local DHL Service Point.
Please be aware that your return may face delays if you don't include three copies of the proforma invoice.
