Returns Policy

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase, however, should you wish to return a garment please do so within 14 days from receipt of your goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to do so, we may have right of action against you for compensation.

You’ll also need to state the reason for your return.

 Refunds Policy

Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be eligible for a refund.

We will offer a refund within 10 business days of us receiving your order provided that items are returned to us directly in perfect condition and must be unused.
Your refund can only be credited to the original payment credit or debit card.

Shipping costs will not be refunded for any items returned under our standard returns policy. International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside of the European Community where they apply.

Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your account. Delivery costs are only refunded for faulty goods. 

 

How To Return

You can also contact us at store@michaelbrowne.eu. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with a returns authorisation number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


Damages or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive damaged or defective products please email store@michaelbrowne.eu and submit photo images of the damaged or defective products. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. For the fastest service, please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number.

To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. 
If you’re returning the product because we made an error, please email us and we’ll promptly send you a prepaid shipping label to return the product to us.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges 

We currently do not offer exchanges. Alternatively, please return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
