COVID 19 Update

Michael Browne Online is open for business as usual. We want to re-assure customers that our e-commerce team remain at your service for all online orders. We are fully operational and continue to ship all orders using DHL express service. Our priority is for everyone to stay safe during this period. With this mind, we observe the highest hygiene standards and ask our DHL delivery partners to pick up parcels from our front door, minimising contact with anyone from the company. DHL then delivers directly to you.

UK SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • All our UK orders are sent via DHL Express Service. Generally it does guarantee next working day delivery from time of dispatch however kindly allow 1 - 2 working days for delivery from time of dispatch. Once it's ready, we will send an email confirming all the details of your order.
  • You can track your order through DHL with the tracking number and link provided on your shipping confirmation email.
  • Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday should be delivered the following Tuesday (excludes Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland - weekends and bank holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2pm on Friday - Sunday should arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday the following week (excludes Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland, weekends and bank holidays).
  • In some cases, there may be a delay in delivery due to demand but please be patient as your order will arrive providing all information provided is correct.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • All International orders are sent via DHL Express Worldwide Service.
  • Delivery times will vary accordingly by destination. Generally delivery is within 3 – 5 days following dispatch. Once it's ready, we will send an email confirming all the details of your order.
  • You can track your order through DHL with the tracking number and link provided on your shipping confirmation email.
  • Please note, international delivery costs currently include a surcharge due to COVID-19 and the reduction of air traffic. 

DHL On Demand Delivery

Our shipping partner, DHL, offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while it’s on its way to you using DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD). Whether you need to schedule a delivery for another day ODD makes it easy for you.
Once your order has left us and is with DHL, they will contact you via SMS and/or email to let you know when to expect the delivery. If ODD is available in your location, this message will also contain a link to the ODD site. All you need is your tracking (shipment waybill) number.

 

 IMPORT REGULATIONS, DUTIES & TAXES

Michael Browne LTD is a UK trading company, if you order products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import regulations, duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemised on the Order Summary page. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.

You will be solely responsible for any import requirements and payment of any such import duties and taxes. 

Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict any occurred fees or amounts. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

  • We offer a DHL tracked service only for the security and traceability of your order.
  • Shipping rates include a 'COVID-19' surcharge, introduced by couriers to deal with the ongoing issues caused by the virus.
