    HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
    In order to return an item, please send us a message using the Contact form or email store@michaelbrowne.eu.
    Clearly provide the following information:
    Your full name
    Order number
    Address
    Email address
    Telephone number
    What you are returning and why
    Also see Returns and Refunds Policy for further details on returns. We aim to respond to any queries within 48 hours.
    Instructions For UK Returns
    1) Please complete the contact form indicating why you are returning your items.
    2) Once we receive and accept your request, we will email you a prepaid returns shipping label.
    3) Pack the order in its original box including your original invoice and contact information then securely package the item to avoid damage. Attach the new label, ensuring the original label is covered.
    4) Book your free collection
    Online
    Click on the link provided in our returns email (if you cannot find the link, please contact store@michaelbrowne.eu with your order reference number and a member of the team will be more than happy to assist).
    After making sure your region/country is correct in the top-right hand corner of the page, enter your 10-digit waybill number located under the barcode of your printed returns label. Review your details and select a convenient day and time for DHL to collect your parcel.

    Simply call DHL on 0844 248 0844 from the UK or visit dhl.com to find the telephone number of your nearest DHL branch. 

    DHL Drop Off
    If you prefer, you can take your return to your nearest DHL service point.
    5). Once received, returned items will undergo a full quality control check. Please ensure the items are packed to sufficiently protect the box in transit. 
    Please allow up to 14 days for a refund to be credited back to your original payment method.

    Regrettably we do not offer free international returns. Please see Returns and Refunds Policy.

    To ensure your return is covered by our free returns policy and reaches us promptly, items must be returned from the same country to which they were delivered. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs.
